I just did some quick figuring
and here is a breakdown of my monthly costs for one of my websites:
Ok, Lets' do the math. This website will
generate at least 100 leads per month so if we divide the cost by
the number of leads, the bottom line is $1.40 per lead. One
important thing to remember is these leads consist of people who
contacted YOU. Your normal success rates will increase with
these high quality leads. The next part is based on my closing
success but it figures out like this ( I am being VERY conservative
with my numbers).
Of those 100 leads, I will set 60 appointments.
Out of those 60 appointments, maybe 10 will
cancel or no show. I may be able to re-set their appointment but
lets' just figure they are gone.
Out of the 50 remaining presentations, lets'
figure on the LOW side. I will say I will close only 60%, which
gives you 30 sales.
30 additional sales for $140 extra per month?
I would think an investment of just $29.95 would be prudent, don't
you? That equates to just ONE DOLLAR per sale in the first month!
Can you afford to pass up an additional
